Usage-Based Pricing Model

An overview of what is usage-based pricing.

We’re happy to announce that we have a new pricing model in place: Usage-Based pricing.  

Note: Both new and existing users can utilise the usage-based pricing model. 

What is Usage-Based Pricing?

Usage-based pricing is a scalable pricing model that lets you build a plan of your choice by customising the number of responses you receive every month. Both new and existing users can utilise the usage-based pricing. 

What’s in it for new users? 

  • You can pick any plan based on your requirements and customize the number of responses you receive every month. 
  • E.g. Say you are evaluating the Enterprise plan, which by itself allows up to 50,000 responses. If you wish to scale it up to 100,000 responses, you can easily do it using Usage-Based pricing.

What’s in it for existing users?

  • If you’re happy with the features of your current account, you can stick to it and still customize the number of responses you receive every month. 
  • E.g. Say you are currently in the Business plan, which by itself allows up to 30,000 responses. If you wish to scale it up to 50,000 responses, you can easily do it using Usage-Based pricing.

Also, the number of email shares you can use is 3x the number of responses. E.g. If no of responses of your current plan is 30,000, you can use 90,000 email shares/month. This is common for both new and existing users, regardless of which plan you're currently in. So be sure of sending all those emails you’ve been wanting to send!
